When you generate a podcast episode, your input text is sent to OpenAI's API for script generation and audio generation (text-to-speech conversion). OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their API Data Usage Policy. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train their models.
Your account data, episode metadata, and preferences are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. Audio files are stored in Supabase Cloud Storage. Supabase provides enterprise-grade security, including encryption at rest and in transit.
We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with Voxpage. Analytics data is collected anonymously by default. You can opt out of analytics in the app settings.
RevenueCat manages subscription status by receiving purchase receipts from Apple and Google. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card information.
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase, located in secure data centers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Your input text is sent to OpenAI for processing and is not retained by Voxpage after the episode has been generated.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share data only with the third-party service providers described in Section 4, and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, protect rights or safety, or enforce our Terms of Service.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. When transferring data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
